Can I return the item if it doesn't work for me?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund, minus shipping costs. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
How do I check the status of my order?
You will receive a receipt for your order immediately after you place it. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your order on the Track Order page at any time.

Do you offer a refund if I don't like the product?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
